Design:
The HP 15-AY503Tu 15.6-inch Laptop has a sleek body and clean lines along the edges. The HP 15-AY503Tu appears to be a laptop from the future.
I made worst decision to buy HP laptop. Laptop display has a yellow tint. I immediately raised a complaint with HP and the company service engineer said all HP laptops have tinted screen.
I did not check the dvd drive until last week ( within 35 days of product delivery). My son wanted to play dvd he got from the school, when I tried to open dvd drive, it didn’t eject properly. The spindle where we insert the dvd doesn’t come out at all. Company is saying they will repair it.
Do not buy HP products. Service is also poor. When you lodge a complaint they will ask you to spend more than 30 minutes over phone asking you to try different options.
It was my bad I decided to go with HP. Go for Dell or Lenovo
